Church Halloween Event Bans 'Cross-Gender' Costumes

The flier for a church's Halloween event sparked a significant amount of criticism within the community. It proclaimed that no cross-gender costumes were allowed at the event. To many in the community, this sends a bad message to the children. The bishop defended his decision by stating that he had thought it was church policy. However, there was no such policy. While the church does have a no-mask policy, there was cross-dressing ban dictated.
